Meet Tiffany Miller
“In my before picture, I was working out at a local gym. Doing 25-30 minutes on the elliptical and some weight training with machines, as most women have been told low weight, high reps! I got bored at the gym same routine and I had hit that level where I wasn’t seeing any results. I had to try something new. A co-worker told me about CrossFit. I was intrigued and walked in my first class having no idea what to expect. By the end of my very first WOD, I was hooked loved it and signed up. At first, I wanted to lose weight and soon I realized what women have been taught about their bodies and how to train was WRONG! I’m lifting heavy and training like a beast! Never thought I could do pull ups or back squat my weight but I’m moving up. I could care less if a scale says I dropped a pound. I crave muscle. My body started changing in ways I never thought possible. Every workout is different, keeps your body confused, never boring, and always fun! The coaches are amazing and it’s really a community of people working out together and motivating each other. No matter what your fitness level is, you can do it. I did and still loving it and working for a better more fit me.”
