We thought it would be fun to get everyone in on a squat program. You will need to commit to tracking your numbers, coming to the gym 4 times a week and high-fiving your work out buds. You in?
Here’s the info on it and your coaches will discuss it in class but our strength on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday will be squats based on your one rep max. It will be some of the toughest sets you have done but people PR big time on this program. Let’s see how we do.
